Remondini
Dynasty of Italian typographers and publishers operated in Bassano del Grappa (Vicenza province, Veneto), Italia in XVII - XIX centuries. The founder, Giuseppe Antonio Remondini started his publishing business as early as 1640. He died in Bassano in 1711. Other Remondini were Giuseppe (1677 - 1750); Giovanni Battista (1713-1773); Francesco(1773-1820)
In 1675 Giuseppe Antonio Remondini published Viaggio da Venezia al S. Sepolcro ed al Monte Sinai, con disegno delle Citta, Castelli, Ville, Chiese, Monasteri, Isole, Porti e Fiumi. Since the XVIth century this book is admitted to friar Noe Bianchi, whose own original guide to the Holy Land appeared in 1566.
The book was already published before 1675. For instance, the Princeton University Library possesses 1648 edition of Viaggio... by Domenico Imberti published in Venice. There is also later Remondini edition of 1791
